Classic #011 Smooth/Ballroom skirt

A classic and timeless silhouette. This skirt is a basic item for every Lady, which can be used for both Smooth or Ballroom dance practice as well as for evening events. We use luxury fabric, a comfortable pull-on elastic waistband, and Crynolyn on the hem.
