RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
1. Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories.
2. Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
3. The return item(s) must be sent out within 7 days after making the request. Please note that's request made after the deadline will not be granted.

It does not sell or share any information with other companies unless requested or approve by the customer. 1st Lady Dancewear also limits access to personal information within our organization to maintain your privacy and protection.
Refund Policy – Customers are entitled to request a refund for services within 10 calendar days of payment but, it must before the requested information is provided.
